Valid addresses for Meadowbrook Park Estates for homeowners and renters are 249-369 Meadow Drive and 2806 - 2096 Creek. A volunteer Board of Directors governs the association. Both owners and tenants must abide by the CC&Rs.
The rules of MPE are outlined in the Declaration of Covenants, Conditions, and Restrictions (CC&Rs). Owners are required to be part of our Homeowners' Association (HOA) and pay monthly dues. MPE is a planned, covenanted community consisting of 59 homes. Meadowbrook Park Estates (MPE) was established in Ashland, Oregon, in 1997.
